Noda Hitomi joined Houkago Princess in December 2010 as one of the original 1st generation members, and held the position of Lunch Chairman.
2013
On September 10th 2013, it was revealed that Hitomi had been dismissed from Houkago Princess for violating the rules of her contract. It had been revealed that she had been meeting up with fans and keeping personal contact with them.
On September 28th, Hitomi revealed her intentions of continuing her Idol activities, and would begin a brand new until under GET-CRAZY along with former Houkago Princess member, Chiba Sakino. The two created a special duo unit, SakiHito, before their new group was unveiled.
In October 2013, both Hitomi and Chiba debuted with their new unit, READY TO KISS.
2015
In February 2015, it was revealed that READY TO KISS would make their major debut under STAND-UP RECORDS, a sub-label of Universal Music Japan.
2016
On January 28th 2016, it was revealed that Noda Hitomi had been chosen to act in an online commercial for a non-alcoholic wine beverage for the company Shonan Trading Co Ltd and its product, Duc de Montagne Rose.
She later reprised her role in the commercials alongside fellow READY TO KISS member and friend Chiba Sakino in April of the same year.
In May, it was revealed that Hitomi had been chosen to participate in the latest season of Weekly Young Jump magazine's annual Idol vote, SAKIDOL ACE SURVIVAL SEASON 5.
Some time in June of 2016, it was announced that Noda Hitomi would appear in the up-coming feature film, Corpse Party - Book of Shaodws, which stars Nogizaka46's Ikoma Rina. This will be Hitomi's film debut.
