2012
On June 2nd 2012, Shiraishi Rika and six other girls joined Houkago Princess as the third generation Apprentices. There, she began performing with the group at Ikebukuro White BASE, where she aimed to debut within the group as a Regular member.
2013
On March 15th 2013, Shiraishi Rika and Yamaguchi Miran were both promoted to the Regular lineup for Houkago Princess, and would be featured in single releases. She was a minor vocalist within the group.
On October 20th, Rika made the announcement that she would take an hiatus from the group in order to study for her up-coming exams and to also prepare for University. She did not reveal when she would come back, however.
On December 7th 2013, Rika returned only to reveal that she would be graduating the group, citing her reason for the decision being that she wished to focus on her studies, and t prepare for University. Her final performances took place on December 14th and 15th respectively, and Rika graduated the group successfully.
2014
In February - March 2014, Rika made her re-appearance in the Idol world by taking part in ArcJewel's 3rd Doll Audition, where fans of the company could vote for their favourite Idols to become a part of the new unit. The new members were announced in late March, however Rika did not make into the top five most voted girls, and so was not chosen.
Rika once again came back to the Idol world in November 2014, announcing that she had returned to Get-Crazy, and would be debuting her own Idol group that she would become the leader of.
On December 21st, Rika debuted SAY-LA and began live performances with the group.
2016
On February 4th 2016, Rika began modelling for the online project, Tokimeki Project.
